This matter has been referred to me and I have done my best to arrive at a fair conclusion, but I feel that not being a Civil Engineer or Architect I am scarcely competent to perform the task set me.
I enclose the evidence of Messrs Foughtric, M. Kinney and Watts.
I have visited the terrace premises, and roads which supplied the "old drain" as it is called in the correspondence, and on the plan. I do not think the line of the "old drain" as shown...
